June 2008 (Registration Closed):
HDM-2008 registration process has been closed. HDM-2008 participants
who have not registered yet may register at our registration
desk on their arrival to the conference venue. However we will
be able to accept cash payments only.

May 2008 (List of Registered Participants):
The list of registered HDM-2008 participants may be found in our
Registered Participants
page. Please browse this list and contact us if your name is not
listed there. A more detailed list will be announced soon.

May 2008 (Deadline update):
HDM-2008 early registration deadline has been extended to 15
May 2008. HDM-2008 participants registering after
this deadline will not benefit from discounted early registration
rates.

May 2008 (New fax receiver):
Some HDM-2008 participants have reported problems with
sending their registration forms BY FAX. Accordingly, we have
installed a new fax machine this morning. If you have sent your
registration form by fax but have not received any confirmation
yet, please kindly send your form again. We are sorry for this
inconvenience.

May 2008 (Deadline update):
Due to numerous requests by HDM-2008 authors, full paper submission
deadline has been extended to 7
May 2008. Accordingly, early registration deadline
has been extended to the same date too.

April 2008 (Registration discount for students):
Due to some additional funding from governmental sources, Turkish
students who are enrolled in a full time degree program in a university/college
or a similar research/education institution in Turkey now have
the opportunity to obtain partial financial support to cover part
of their HDM-2008 registration fees. The amount of support is
40 EURO/person. The support is usable before
30 April 2008 for the registration fee only and
can not be used to cover the social program and other costs. If
you are eligible for this support, please contact HDM-2008 local
organization at hdm2008@erciyes.edu.tr
before submiting your registration form.

paper submissions will be made via web upload. New paper submission

review process) : Paper review process is still
continuing. We are sorry about the delay. Authors will be informed
about the results as soon as the review process has been completed.
