Updated HDM-2008 Paper Submission Guidelines

Please follow the steps below to submit your paper to HDM-2008 conference. Please kindly note that submission of a paper to HDM-2008 conference implies that the paper is an original work of the author(s) and appropriate permissions to use copyrighted material in the submitted paper have been obtained by the author(s).

• Prapare your paper by using the paper sample/template files, which can be found at the bottom of this page. Your paper should contain the names and affiliations of all the authors. One of the authors should be indicated as the corresponding author and his/her contact information should be clearly given.
• Convert your abstract to PDF (Portable Document Format) format.
• Upload your PDF and Latex files in zipped form to the conference by using the following link.

• The deadline for paper submission is May 7, 2008.
• If you desire to publish your paper(s) in HDM-2008 book by Chapman & Hall, CRC in the Fall of 2008, and wish to have your paper(s) refereed by the Scientific Program Committee (SPC), when you are uploading your paper(s) to the HDM-2008 Papers Submissions web site, please write a short letter to the SPC indicating that you wish to submit your paper(s) also for publication in HDM-2008 book and you wish to have your paper undergo the refereeing process for publication. The deadline for acceptance/rejection decision is: August 1, 2008.
• Please note that as a prerequisite of having your paper(s) to be included in the HDM-2008 Final Program, conference registration is due by May 7, 2008. Multiple Authors: In order for a paper to be included in the conference, at least one of the author(s) must register for the conference. The other authors must also register each for the conference if they wish to attend. There is no discounting applied.
• As soon as abstract formatting is completed, you will be notified whether your papers will be presented orally or in poster sessions for those of you who submitted their papers to contributed/poster sessions. Please wait to hear from us individually for this decision which is in the process.
