HDM-2008 Conference organizers encourage and welcome corporate
and industry sponsors of the conference in the following categories.
MAJOR SPONSORSHIP
Major sponsorship of HDM-2008 is being offered at $5, 000*.
Major sponsors will have prominent logos displayed on all conference
printing and bags. They will be given the opportunity to include
leaflets in the conference handout bag.
They will be prominently advertised on the conference website
with a link to their homepage.
CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP
Conference sponsorship is offered at a rate of $3,000*.
Conference sponsors will have medium sized logos displayed on
conference printing. They will also be given an opportunity to
provide leaflets to be handed out at the conference.
This sponsorship will be acknowledged on the conference website
where a link to the sponsors website will also be provided.
EXHIBITIONS BY PUBLISHERS & SOFTWARE VENDORS
Exhibition stalls will be offered in the main conference area
during the HDM-2008 at a cost of
$3, 000*. The cost of transporting materials to the venue is not
included in this package. The staff who are manning these stalls
will participate the social events at no cost.
